Andrew Pollard
Senior Vice President of Development
Andrew is the Senior Vice President of Development for Kairoi Development. He is responsible for the execution of developments in the Dallas-Fort Worth, Charlotte, and Denver markets. After a distinguished 18-year career in the UK across both development and construction management, Andrew joined Kairoi in 2019 from his previous role as Development Director at First Base, a London-based developer and investor, where he was responsible for the execution of large-scale residential-led mixed-use projects.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying from the University of Brighton. When he is not overseeing development projects, he likes to spend his time traveling, exercising, playing golf, skiing, and wake-surfing.
