Claudette Guerrero, the Vice President of Human Resources at Kairoi, oversees all people operations. With over 20 years of global HR and operations leadership across diverse industries including technology, nonprofit, and financial services, she has crafted and executed HR strategies focused on talent needs, workforce planning, career pathing, and retention for organizations such as USAA and Rackspace. Claudette holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from St. Edward’s University and a Diversity and Inclusion Certification from Cornell University. She currently serves as an advisory council member for two San Antonio nonprofits. Outside of work, Claudette enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering at her children’s school, and traveling.
