As our Dallas/Fort Worth and Midland/Odessa Regional Vice President of Operations, Olivia Loudis is laser-focused on the success of each asset. Both our valued clients and our Kairoi team rely on her willingness to collaborate, accessibility, and operational know-how. Prior to joining Kairoi, she spent 14+ years learning the ins and outs of property management at top companies including Lincoln Property Company and ZRS Management. Olivia earned a Bachelors of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of North Texas and her CPM from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
