Paulee Halloran
Vice President of Asset Management
Paulee is the Vice President of Asset Management for Kairoi, overseeing the Development portfolio. In her role, Paulee is the liaison between Development and Property Management, overseeing the execution of the investment strategy by managing the asset level operations, and executing best practices from product design through disposition. Prior to joining Kairoi, Paulee spent four and a half years at Wood Partners as Vice President of Asset Management for the Western Region. Paulee started her real estate investment career at BlackRock, where she spent seven years in Asset Management. Over the course of her career, she has overseen over $2.5B in real estate transactions, primarily in multifamily but spanning all product types.
Paulee graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.A. in Psychology, with a focus on Cognitive Neuroscience. In her spare time, Paulee loves attempting to keep up with her two children, reading brain pathology case studies, and hiking.
