BREAKING GROUND ON TEXAS’ TALLEST TOWER
Texas' tallest tower, in Austin, is
being built by Kairoi! Topping out
at 1,022 feet, the 74-story
mixed-use high-rise will offer 352
luxury units, 700,000 SF of office,
and the exclusive 1 Hotel Austin
right by Waller Creek near Lady Bird
Lake.
Kairoi recently exited its investment in Boulevard at
Sonterra, a value-add property located in San Antonio.
Investment returns exceeded underwritten expectations
and Kairoi continues to manage the property.
Kairoi Management is proud to have grown to over 20,000 apartment homes. Featured additions this past quarter include One River North and Alcott in Denver, Darby Knox District and Axis at Wycliff in Dallas, and Gibson Flats in Austin.
Kairoi was proud to be a top fundraiser at
San Antonio’s Big Give 2022! This event
brought in more than $150,000 being raised
for Brighton Center, and more than 100
generous Kairoi associates contributed to
that total. A special kudos to all who
